A BIG Congratulations to the CLMS Chorus for earning superiors on their performance this weekend.  This makes CLMS a BLUE Ribbon School once again.  This is an incredible accomplishment and it means that all three Music groups at CLMS – Band, Orchestra, and Chorus – all earned the highest ratings possible, straight superiors!  Please congratulate our music teachers and students when you see them in the halls!

OpSmile members:  All field trip forms are due ASAP!  You may turn it in to any of the sponsors.

Attention 6th and 7th graders: There is an AVID information night tomorrow night at 6:30 p.m. for anyone interested in the AVID system at CLMS.  Bring your parents and discover how AVID helps you become a successful student.

Art Club is starting after school today, March 19th. Please stop by the art room and see Ms. Widenhofer for more information!

Yearbook Committee members, please remember you are meeting after school tomorrow and Friday in Room B-04 with Mrs. Tomasulo. Please let her know if you are not able to attend a meeting.

Tryouts for Spring sports will begin on Monday, March 25th.  You MUST have a physical on file with Ms. Keough in order to try out.  You will NOT be able to try out without a physical.  See Ms. Keough in the student activities office with questions.  Do not wait until the last minute to get your physical. 

Attention any girls interested in trying out for softball, please sign up outside of room C22 no later than March 22nd. Any questions, please see Mrs. Peterson in C22!

Enjoy acting, public speaking, or being on stage? Or wish you could develop the confidence and skills to not freak out every time you have to talk in front of a group? If so, then come join the Forensics Team! Try outs begin Monday, March 25th after school in room B-12.  Questions see Ms. Burt in C-3 or Ms. Martinolich in B-12.

8th graders:  Remember to charge your chrome books tonight.  Day 2 of SOLs is tomorrow!  You will ROCK it!

AVID is hosting Binder Buddies after school on Mondays. Bring your binder and other papers for this organization session. Sign up in the AVID classroom, C-25, before you attend. Our next session is today after school.

Attention all teachers! Your March Madness Challenge for today is: Brain Breaks – Do a brain break with all your classes today and take three full deep breaths at each bell change!
