Announcements for Thu. 3/26/2020

Good morning VCLMS (Virtual CLMS)!  This is Jenny the Jet ready to start your day! Wherever you are as you read this,  please rise for the pledge of allegiance:  Feel free to recite the pledge at this time.

Now take a moment of silence on your own:

Thank you. How is everyone this morning?  Hopefully, you are checking in with all of your teachers every day.  Even though we are not physically in school, keep this in mind:

“It’s the inspired student that continues to learn on their own. That’s what separates the real achievers in the world from those who just pedal along, finishing assignments,”

By Neil DeGrasse Tyson, the science man!  Step up, JETS!  Take charge and do your best to complete the creative assignments teachers have posted!

Here we are after our first week out of school!  How is everyone feeling out there? Hopefully, you are staying safe and healthy at home.  Do your best to follow all the health guidelines from the experts; wash your hands, cover a cough, etc.  Today’s words are really simple:

Be a hero.  Stay HOME!

When you do, you protect everyone in your family, in your community, in your city, in your state, in your country, and in the world.  This one simple step by everyone who is able, will literally save the world.
